Speakers of very high efficiency (greater than 100db/watt) require a different approach to cable than less efficient designs. Desired capacitance/resistance/inductance ratios vary from conventional speaker requirements. Given the importance of cables the best was sought and Chimera Labs was approached to help find the right cable for the Gran Sfera Speaker System. Together an optimum formula was derived. Internal cables for the Gran Sfera were supplied by them.
